Stephanie is a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern who has a passion for helping the local community. She has called the Emerald Coast home for over thirty years and counts it as a blessing to raise her family where she grew up. She completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in clinical social work at the University of West Florida.
Her education and experiences include work in the U.S. Veterans Affairs Hospital and VA outpatient care clinic, community medical care, and with homelessness and housing insecurity outreach. She has experience working with a diverse population and understands community needs. She also understands the needs of adults and families who experience pain and suffering due to chronic illnesses, anxiety, grief, depression, substance abuse and trauma.
She uses a holistic and strength-based approach focusing on the whole self, mind and body, to ease daily stressors and relieve ongoing symptoms clients may be experiencing. Stephanie believes in creating a relationship-based therapeutic alliance by walking alongside clients on their journey to hope and healing.
